Are there any ongoing costs in owning a website?
Your design payment of £79.00 is a one off cost.
There are however 2 main ongoing costs of owning a website which are thankfully very small.
1/ You will need a domain name, we’ll get that organised for you for the first year for free. To continue using the Domain Name it needs to be registered every year. The fee is set by the Domain Registration company and will be somewhere between £1.99 to £19.99 per year depending on the domain name. We suggest trying for a .info or .co.uk (or your local country code).
2/Then your only other cost is to your hosting company for around £4.00 / $5.00 per month.
Where do I get hosting for my site and how much does it cost?
In order to set up your hosting you will your domain name. Don’t worry we will email you the link to get hosting when we have purchased your domain name. Meanwhile you can check it out at http://www.hostgator.com/ As you can see it only costs around £4.00 / $5.00 per month.
Can I add more pages to the site?
Yes. We will provide you with a 6 page website and that covers most clients needs however if you want more pages you can easily and quickly add them yourself once we’ve set the site up for you. Adding pages takes seconds and you can add as many as you want for free.

Where can I get images/pictures for my site?
You can choose from good quality free or low cost images at http://www.sxc.hu or www.istockphoto.com or simply search for images relating to your product or service on Google for other options.
Can I change the templates for my site?
The main layout of the templates cannot be changed. By that I mean the location of the header, menu and overall design layout.
Areas such as the videos, image sliders, and layout of text can all be altered to provide you with a customised website just for you.
Why don’t you use flash on your sites?
We would not recommend flash on your site as ADOBE, the developers, have stopped using flash so it will become outdated very quickly. If you need a logo/Banner for your site we have a designer who creates nice banners for around £25.00 otherwise we can put your company name there.
What if I don’t have a logo?
A basic website header image with your company name is included in the cost of the site. If you want a specific logo/Banner for your site we have a designer who creates good professional artwork for around £25.00. Just email us and ask for details.
